IT service provider BS Management GmbH & Co. KG will lease approximately 1,360 m² of warehouse space on the F. W. Hempel Group site in Oberhausen-Schwarze Heide from 01.01.2019. The company’s services include what the IT sector calls “lifecycle management”: end-to-end hardware services, from procurement, installation and maintenance through to removal and disposal, as well as all services required for the equipment in between.

Brockhoff LOGISTICS arranged the five-year lease in a conveniently located property near the A3 motorway. The warehouse was built in 2014 and is let by F. W. Hempel Group.
