Detmold, Lange Str. 31.

Fashion retailer JEANS FRITZ is relocating within Detmold’s pedestrian zone to improve the visibility and footfall of its prime 1A location. The move to the 260 m² store at Lange Str. 31 is planned for the first quarter of 2024, after current tenant Cantus has moved out and fit-out works are complete.

The owner of the commercial building is a local private individual and long-standing Brockhoff client. Brockhoff also brokered the lease to Cantus more than 28 years ago. “I am pleased that the owner has turned to us again and that our strong network enabled us to secure a seamless re-letting to a renowned fashion chain,” says Bert Pfeffer, who has spent 35 years marketing stores and retail properties at Brockhoff.
