Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) LOGISTICS (Leasing/Sales)
Your tasks
In this responsible position, you acquire leasing and sales mandates for warehouse space and logistics centres and advise and support clients from the initial enquiry through on-site viewings to contract signing. You develop innovative marketing strategies while always keeping an eye on the market and competition. Maintaining and expanding your network and the database comes naturally to you.
What you bring
- Sales-oriented vocational training or a degree with a background in (real estate) economics
- Several years of professional experience with a real estate agency or owner
- Proven leasing experience in the German logistics market and ideally experience in team leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An independent, structured way of working combined with a professional, reliable manner and polite persistence
- Flexibility and a high level of commitment
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
