to market office properties in the Ruhr region
Your tasks
In this responsible position, you acquire leasing mandates for office space and advise and support clients from the initial enquiry through on-site viewings to contract signing. You develop innovative marketing strategies while always keeping an eye on the market and competition. Maintaining and expanding your network and the database comes naturally to you.
What you bring
- Sales-oriented vocational training or a degree with a background in (real estate) economics
- Extensive sales experience from several years of leasing work for a real estate agency or owner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An independent, structured way of working combined with a professional, reliable manner and polite persistence
- A high level of commitment
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
