Your role: actively developing investment properties in the Ruhr region
You work in investment property sales and support owners, investors and buyers in the Ruhr region – from the first contact through market and location analyses to the signing of the contract. You actively develop the apartment building, mixed-use and investment property segment, expand your network and make use of Brockhoff’s established market position and database.
Your tasks at a glance
- Acquiring and brokering apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings and investment and commercial properties in the Ruhr region
- Advising owners, investors, project developers and prospective buyers
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships in the Ruhr real estate market
- Carrying out market, location and competitor analyses
- Developing marketing strategies for investment and commercial properties
- Managing and supporting the entire sales process through to contract signing
- Using and expanding the existing real estate database (over 18,000 contacts)
- Exchanging views with the agent team on market developments, properties and investment potential
Your profile
For us, personality, sales strength and market understanding count for more than a perfect CV. What matters is that you understand real estate, can win people over and enjoy growing your own business in the Ruhr region. Ideally, you bring:
- Several years of experience as a real estate agent, real estate consultant or investment consultant in property sales
- A proven track record of closed sales of apartment buildings, mixed-use buildings or investment properties
- Sound knowledge of the Ruhr market (Essen, Bochum, Dortmund, Duisburg, Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen)
- Strong acquisition skills and experience in building client relationships
- Ideally an existing network of owners, investors or project developers
- An independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
- Negotiating skills, a confident manner and strong closing ability
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
