
Essen, 11 January 2023. At the start of the year, Brockhoff GmbH expanded its management team with experienced investment broker Jörg Langensiepen. As Head of INVEST, the graduate engineer is responsible for investment activities at the Essen-based real estate company and will further develop this business line. Before joining Brockhoff, Langensiepen spent nearly 20 years in successful senior roles at various property companies. Most recently, he led the investment business at imovo GmbH, a spin-off of Catella Property GmbH. He had previously worked at Catella Property for more than 10 years in various roles, most recently as Head of Investment, responsible for all its offices in Germany. During that time, he acquired and brokered more than 130 properties nationwide across all asset classes, with individual transaction volumes ranging from €1 million to €100 million.
