Kanzlei Voigt Rechtsanwalts GmbH can look forward to new office premises in 2021. BROCKHOFF OFFICE successfully brokered the previously vacant space in the heart of Rüttenscheid.

The future tenant, Kanzlei Voigt Rechtsanwalts GmbH, which belongs to the ETL Group, specialises in automotive and traffic law. The company has grown steadily for more than 40 years and provides excellent legal advice and professional service to clients at over 25 locations across Germany.

The firm will move into the new offices for its Essen branch on 1 August 2021. Before then, the 500 m² office space will be fully fitted out to the tenant’s specifications. The building section will thus be revitalised, creating a modern and attractive work environment.
