Property adviser Brockhoff has once again supported the expansion of KIND, a leading family-owned hearing care company. KIND will open another branch in the heart of Frechen next spring. The required fit-out will be carried out at the store at Hauptstraße 119, currently leased to Bijou Brigitte. Renovation is scheduled to begin in February 2024.

Brockhoff, an Essen-based commercial property agency with more than 37 years’ experience marketing retail premises, exclusively arranged the 105 m² lease on behalf of the owner. Five years ago, Brockhoff had also brokered the lease to Bijou Brigitte, which is now making way for the new KIND branch.

“The owner and the new tenant are both long-standing clients. Our broad network allows us to find suitable successor tenants early and avoid lengthy vacancies,” says the Brockhoff Retail expert Bert Pfeffer. “We are pleased that the landlord has once again placed its trust in our expertise to find a suitable tenant.”

KIND’s decision to open another Frechen branch reflects its continued expansion and will help revitalise the city centre. The location close to well-known retail chains promises strong footfall and visibility for the new branch.
