Renowned property adviser Brockhoff has once again successfully supported the expansion of KIND, a leading family-owned hearing care business. KIND will open another branch in the heart of Frechen city centre next spring. The necessary refurbishment will be carried out at the retail unit at Hauptstraße 119, currently leased to Bijou Brigitte. Work is due to begin in February 2024.

Brockhoff, an Essen-based commercial property broker specialising in retail units for more than 37 years, successfully handled the letting of the 105 m² store under an exclusive mandate from the owner. Five years ago, Brockhoff brokered the lease to Bijou Brigitte; that tenant is now making way for the new KIND branch.

“Both the owner and the new tenant have been long-standing clients. Our extensive network allows us to find suitable replacement tenants early and avoid lengthy vacancies,” said Brockhoff RETAIL expert Bert Pfeffer. “We are pleased that the landlord has once again placed its trust in our expertise to find a suitable new tenant.”

KIND’s decision to open another Frechen branch reflects the company’s continued expansion and will help revitalise the city centre. Its location close to well-known retail chains promises strong footfall and visibility for the new store.
