Commercial property agency Brockhoff announces the successful sale of a commercial building in a prime 1A location in central Krefeld. The sale was handled exclusively by the Essen-based agency on behalf of a private regional investment company. The new owner is a property company from Baden-Württemberg.

The ground-floor store offers 127 m² and is leased long term to well-known fashion jewellery chain Bijou Brigitte. The apartments on the upper floors provide approximately 173 m².

The residential and commercial building at Hochstraße 79 occupies a prime 1A city-centre location next to well-known retail chains. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
