VIVIT Group, an investment and real estate manager and asset developer specialising in office, residential and commercial properties, has leased almost 600 m² at the Parkside asset in Essen to advertising agency Kundenbinder. The agency will move into the space in November. Real estate services provider Brockhoff GmbH advised on the lease.

Parkside offers a total of approximately 2,200 m² of office space across four floors in Essen’s Westviertel district. Built in 1955, the property originally formed part of Krupp’s industrial and factory halls. For many years, it housed the headquarters of a turbine manufacturer belonging to the AEG group. VIVIT acquired the building in early 2024 with its joint venture partner SCOPUS Capital and repositioned it with a sustainable concept focused on the market and its users.

The resource-efficient refurbishment has created a modern office space with an urban-industrial character, upgraded in both concept and energy performance. Flexible layouts can accommodate open-plan areas, traditional offices or collaboration zones, depending on occupier needs. Existing tenant Büchi, a Swiss laboratory equipment manufacturer, is already based there. Approximately 1,100 m² remains available, and VIVIT is in lease negotiations for this space.

Düsseldorf International Airport is half an hour away by car. The property has car and bicycle parking, with additional parking available within walking distance. Its central location also offers appealing leisure options, including Weststadt Park, several hotels, restaurants, gyms, leisure facilities and shops.
