The modern La Luna ice cream shop franchise will open at Oststraße 21 in Ahlen in summer 2022. Brockhoff RETAIL, appointed by the owner of the commercial building under an exclusive letting mandate, secured a tenant for this prime city-centre retail unit without any vacancy. The premises are currently occupied by fashion brands Street One/Cecil.

Before the ice cream shop opens, the premises will be prepared for the new tenant. It is located close to well-known chain stores. La Luna’s total leased area is 204 m².

La Luna is a takeaway concept offering a wide selection of Italian ice cream specialities and popular products to go.
