Brockhoff RETAIL has arranged a total of 140 m² for Berlin-based Italian restaurant concept La Pausa. The premises occupy a prime 1A corner location in Paderborn’s pedestrian zone, surrounded by well-known retail chains.

The store was previously occupied by sports and running retailer Runners Point. The premises will soon be refurbished so that the new tenant is expected to move in during the fourth quarter of this year. This will be La Pausa’s first branch in North Rhine-Westphalia. The Italian concept serves pizza and pasta without long waits, making the busy pedestrian-zone location ideal.
