A US investor is expanding its portfolio and has acquired a last-mile logistics property on Hansastraße in Bochum.

Commercial broker Brockhoff, a leading logistics property adviser in the Ruhr region, advised on the acquisition of the approximately 10,000 m² property.

Brockhoff also secured a full letting of the property to REWE Lieferservice, part of one of Germany’s largest food retailers.
