Essen, Rüttenscheider Straße 26/Bismarckstraße 58.

In 2017, BROCKHOFF INVEST sold the building complex at Rüttenscheider Straße 26/Bismarckstraße 58 on behalf of Essen utilities and transport company. BROCKHOFF OFFICE then secured law firm SCHMIDT, VON DER OSTEN & HUBER Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Partnerschaft mbH, a renowned Essen-based practice, as tenant and brokered a lease for around 2,718 m² of office space and 379 m² of storage space. The existing premises are currently being revitalised so the firm can move in during 2019.

The new owner, introduced by BROCKHOFF INVEST, has now also acquired “Haumannplatz 28-30”, the building used for decades by the law firm, opposite the police headquarters and regional court. The owner will revitalise it after the firm moves out.
