Brockhoff GmbH has leased a light industrial property in Velbert to Kurt Kunze GmbH. The property at Am Lindenkamp 50 is being extensively refurbished by the owner for the new tenant, so much of the former showroom space can be used as office and administration space in future. The property also offers flexible uses and excellent links to the A44 and A535 motorways and the federal highway network.
The stand-alone property offers approximately 2,095 m², divided into warehouse, office, showroom and staff areas. Built in 2003, the hall features a clear height of up to 5.20 metres and ground-level sectional doors. In addition to generous storage and production areas, the property has modern offices and staff rooms with natural light and gas heating.
Kurt Kunze, a long-established company celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, is expected to move its entire team to the new Velbert site in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026. The company specialises in complete floor build-ups from the top of the structural floor slab and has been one of the leading providers in this field
for decades. The move to Velbert will expand its capacity and provide a platform for strengthening and growing its market position over the long term.
