On behalf of a private owner, Brockhoff INVEST sold a property in Recklinghausen. The attractive combination of office space and a hall, measuring nearly 2,500 m², sits on a 5,500 m² plot. The new owner was already based in the “Am Stadion” commercial area before the purchase and acquired the property for its own use. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The “Am Stadion” commercial area is well connected across the region via the A2 and A43 motorways, with further connections to the A45 and A42. The nearest motorway entrance is just 2,500 m away.
