Brockhoff brokered the sale of the Light Industrial property at Alstedder Straße 36–48 in Lünen, on a site of around 44,000 m². The property occupies a former shoe factory site. The halls were built in several phases between 1967 and 1988 and provide around 16,500 m² of lettable space. The fully let property’s anchor tenant is the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The seller is Bochum-based Bollmann Group. The purchase price was not disclosed.
