LindenOffice is an office and commercial building in a prominent location in Essen city centre’s banking district.

Brokered by Brockhoff OFFICE, an existing tenant has expanded its premises by an entire floor of around 2,100 m². The owner is a special fund managed by DIC Asset AG.

The 10-storey building, constructed in 1977, was extensively modernised in 2011. The ground floor houses Spanish bank Santander and Radio Essen’s newsroom.

The upper floors are occupied by the existing tenant as well as several medical facilities, a travel agency and a Deutsche Bahn unit.

“The central location in Essen city centre and the immediate availability of the space were decisive factors in expanding the existing lease,” says Tobias Altenbeck, a member of Brockhoff’s management team.

Around 3,000 m² of space are still available in the building.
