To grow our LOGISTICS business, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as soon as possible:
Logistics Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) – Leasing/Sales, with a path to Team Leader
The particular challenge: at first, you will be the team, and it will be up to you to grow it as quickly as possible.
Your future role
In this responsible position, you will win leasing and sales mandates for warehouse space and logistics centres, and advise and support clients from their initial enquiry and site visits through to contract signing. You will develop innovative marketing strategies while keeping a close eye on market and competitor conditions. Maintaining and expanding your network and database will be second nature to you.
Your qualifications
- Sales-oriented vocational training or degree, ideally with a background in real estate or business
- Proven leasing experience in the German logistics market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured way of working, professional and reliable manner, and polite persistence
- Flexibility and strong commitment
- Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
