Brockhoff INVEST advised on the sale of a logistics site of nearly 58,000 m² in Soest. The plot in the Süd-Ost commercial area contains an office building constructed in 1990 with approximately 1,730 m² of lettable space and a warehouse built in 1995 offering around 21,525 m². The owner has carried out regular maintenance, leaving both buildings in excellent condition. The rear section of the site offers a range of development options, including the construction of a warehouse of up to 18,000 m².

The approximately 170-hectare Süd-Ost commercial area lies directly beside the A44 and is the largest and oldest commercial area in Soest. It developed in stages over the past 45 years and underwent major expansion from the mid-70s onward. Today it provides jobs for around 6,800 people.

The purchase price has not been disclosed.
