Oberhausen, Im Lipperfeld 19-21.

Brockhoff brokered the sale of two fully let office and hall complexes at Im Lipperfeld 19–21 in Oberhausen. The buyer, Straßendienst Meister GmbH, acquired the properties for partial owner-occupation as well as investment. Together, the properties provide 3,810 square metres of lettable space, and the two plots cover around 9,000 square metres.

The properties are well maintained and functional. Their mix of office and hall space, combined with full occupancy, makes them an attractive investment package. The site is among Oberhausen’s best-connected commercial locations. Its immediate proximity to the A 42 and A 3 provides excellent regional and long-distance links.

Tobias Altenbeck, property consultant at Brockhoff, highlights the strengths of the sale: “Commercial properties with solid substance, well-planned layouts and such strong transport links are in high demand.
The Im Lipperfeld location has demonstrated lasting lettability and strong appeal to a wide range of businesses for years. The sale shows that well-maintained existing properties in good locations remain among the most stable forms of investment in the Ruhr region.”

The sale once again underlines Brockhoff’s strong market reach in the Ruhr region and its particular expertise in marketing mixed-use commercial properties and fully let investment assets.
