An electrical wholesaler has leased a unit of around 700 square metres in the new logistics development at Gießereistraße 7 in Velbert. Brockhoff brokered the deal. Completed in 2023, the property offers a total of eight units that can be combined flexibly. Before construction was finished, Brockhoff had already let a unit combining three of them to another occupier.
The new development is well suited to logistics users, with convenient road access. The A535 and A44 can be reached within minutes. The letting confirms continued reliable demand in the Velbert market for compact, modern space.
