With professional advice from Brockhoff, respected Bochum-based LUCHS AG has taken a long-term lease on a spacious logistics hall at Karl-Lange-Straße 49, effective 1 April 2024. The company specialises in tailored solutions for the restaurant, hotel and catering industries. Built in 2018, the logistics property has a total area of 8,300 m², including 7,311 m² of hall space, 500 m² of storage space and 485 m² of office and staff areas.

This strategic move strengthens the owner-managed company’s long-standing ties to Bochum, where it currently employs 75 people. “When looking for a new site, it was especially important for us to remain close to our previous headquarters. With Brockhoff’s professional support, we found a property that fits our search area perfectly and also offers modern, nearly new facilities,” says Managing Director Christoph Koppik, pleased with the lease in the centrally located Ruhr city.

The lease marks an important milestone in LUCHS AG’s development and underlines the company’s commitment to sustainable growth in the Ruhr metropolis.
