The state-of-the-art new LUXon building in the up-and-coming Dortmund-Brackel district is now fully let after BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered approximately 600 m² of office space to König & Heunisch Planning Partnership mbH. The office and service building offers around 3,000 m² of lettable space in the new Hohenbuschei mixed-use district, directly beside the BVB training ground. It is one of 4 new developments planned around the Löwenkreisel roundabout.

Last year, on behalf of developer HOFF | MEHR ALS ENTWICKELN PLANEN BAUEN and together with a partner, BROCKHOFF INVEST sold the LUXon and LEIon buildings, with approximately 1,600 m² of lettable space, to a private investor from the Ruhr region who has been a business partner of the Essen agency for many years.

The 3-storey LEIon building was completed in 2016 and is occupied by a strong tenant mix under long-term leases.

As their names suggest, the buildings are highly modern and designed with a forward-looking approach. The striking, representative exterior continues inside with an efficient and flexible layout. Sustainable building systems, such as cooling through thermally activated concrete cores, were as important to the renowned developers as the selection of materials and colours that enhance the buildings’ natural appearance.

Transport links are excellent. The A1, A2 and A40 motorways and the B236 are all just a few minutes away.
