Hamburg-based developer MAGNA Real Estate AG (MAGNA), through MAGNA West, has acquired the approximately 8,900 m² complex at Steubenstraße 53 and 57 and Kurfürstenstraße 25 and 27 in Essen for its own portfolio. Brockhoff INVEST was exclusively appointed by the seller, FAKT AG, to market the property and advised on the transaction.

Built in 1955, the property is close to Essen city centre in the Südostviertel district, not far from the central station and the A40 motorway, with excellent transport connections. The fully let building’s main tenants are the City of Essen and TÜV Nord.
