As unique as the office tower itself is its success story: Brockhoff OFFICE, appointed under an exclusive advisory and marketing mandate for the 15-storey property, reports that the approximately 16,000 m² of fully renovated office and commercial space is fully let.

The last 2 available units were leased in quick succession. Most recently, IT Vision Technology GmbH signed a lease through Brockhoff OFFICE for approximately 123 m² in the former construction office. The ground-floor space had been used for coordination during the tower’s renovation and was released for leasing after all work was complete.

Just a few weeks earlier, Brockhoff OFFICE assisted Ramboll GmbH in leasing the upper retail level, with 777 m². The Danish company will move in within 3 months at the latest. Ramboll is a leading engineering and management consultancy with more than 15,500 employees and 300 offices in 35 countries.

Other modern tenants include US medical company Hill-Rom GmbH, the first tenant to be secured after the complete renovation, taking 2 floors totalling 1,400 m². Brockhoff OFFICE then placed international customer-care centre Mindpearl in approximately 700 m² and Oschatz Energy and Environment GmbH in approximately 2,099 m². Oschatz is a leading plant-engineering specialist in combustion technologies, energy recovery and waste treatment, and part of Christof Industries. Anchor tenant FedEx Express, the world’s largest express transportation company, moved into approximately 4,200 m² of office space in July 2018.

Magna Tower:

The striking high-rise stands alone in a prime city-centre location and is immediately eye-catching. The complex was built between 1961 and 1963 to designs by architect Friedrich-Wilhelm Kraemer. It was first known as IDUNA-Hochhaus, and later as City Tower and Magna Tower. Today, the renovated property offers a modern open-plan concept and the privilege of working at one of the city’s most sought-after office addresses.
