With an exclusive mandate from the owner, BROCKHOFF RETAIL has secured a new tenant for the approximately 187 m² store at Bahnhofstraße 15, a prime 1A location in Siegen. The company has specialised in retail property transactions for more than 30 years.

A Ma’Loa restaurant is expected to open on the former retail premises early next year. The space was most recently leased to Douglas perfumery and will be refurbished for restaurant use before opening.

The commercial building is owned by a regional community of owners. Well-known retail chains are located near the pedestrian zone.

Ma’Loa offers a restaurant franchise based on poke, the Hawaiian national dish. The concept is already established in numerous major German cities.
