Through Brockhoff, MCE CONSULT AG has leased the 1st floor at Baumstraße 23+25, offering around 860 m². The construction services consultancy is scheduled to move in early 2025, following extensive building work.

Alongside the modernisation, the location was a key factor in the lease. Situated on a side street off busy Rüttenscheider Straße, it offers excellent accessibility and a range of everyday amenities. Essen’s prestigious Huyssenallee also provides walking access to the main railway station.
