The distinctive corner building at Hauptstraße 57 in Menden, long occupied by tenant SiNN, has changed hands. Commercial broker Brockhoff, with more than 35 years of experience marketing retail properties in prime 1a locations, brokered the sale from an asset management company to a private investment company in North Rhine-Westphalia. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The commercial building stands on a 1,330 m² site in a prime 1a location in central Menden, close to renowned chain retailers. Across three full floors and two set-back storeys, it provides 3,500 m² of lettable space. Fashion retailer SiNN will remain a long-term tenant.

“The retail property market is recovering steadily. Many investors in our network are investing again and are highly interested in properties in prime 1a locations in German city centres,” says Bert Pfeffer, Brockhoff’s RETAIL expert.
