Brockhoff successfully brokered the sale of a distinctive mixed-use building in the heart of Sundern, an economically stable and growing town in the Sauerland region. The property occupies a prominent prime 1A corner on the pedestrianised high street, directly opposite Woolworth, and offers a total of 1,724 m² of lettable space.
The three-storey building contains nine apartments, some with balconies or terraces, six retail units and three offices. The mix of residential, retail and office uses creates a balanced tenant profile and dependable income.
The main retail tenants are Jeans Fritz, established at this location since 1993, and Sondermann bakery. Both attract regular customer traffic and are well regarded in the town centre.
The buyer and seller are regional private ownership groups. The seller has been a long-standing Brockhoff client. The purchase price was not disclosed.
