A regional real estate company has acquired the mixed-use residential and commercial building at Große Straße 92–94, in the heart of Kleve’s pedestrian zone. The private owner company from North Rhine-Westphalia appointed Brockhoff as its exclusive agent.

The property totals around 600 m² and occupies a prime 1A city-centre location surrounded by established retail brands. The ground floor is let to creditworthy retail chain Nanu-Nana. The apartments above, including the converted attic, are fully let.

The new owner was particularly impressed by the combination of a central location and mixed use. “A mix of residential and commercial units, a renowned retail tenant and a prominent city-centre location make this a stable investment. Such properties are in strong demand, especially in regional centres like Kleve,” says Bert Pfeffer, a real estate advisor at Brockhoff for 38 years.

The purchase price has not been disclosed.
