BROCKHOFF RETAIL brokered the sale of a four-storey residential, office and commercial building in Korbach to a regional private investor. The property has around 1,138 m² of total lettable space and stands on a site of approximately 744 m². Previously owned by a regional property company, it is let long term to its main retail tenant, Thalia.

The building occupies a prime 1A location in Korbach’s pedestrian zone, offering excellent visibility and accessibility. The purchase price was not disclosed.
