The Montessori childcare centre at Weberstr. 16 in Unna has changed hands. Both the seller and buyer are private investors. Brockhoff INVEST brokered the swift sale under an exclusive mandate. The long-term lease with the Montessori kindergarten will continue unchanged under the new owner.

Located directly on the ring road, the building was purpose-built as a daycare centre in 1994 and extended with a single-storey annex in 2002. Its 690 m² accommodate four daycare groups. The property is modern and up to date. The 2,056 m² outdoor area offers children a wide range of play and activity options.

Montessori education was developed by Italian educator Maria Montessori. It is based on the view of the child as the builder of their own development. Its guiding principle is the invitation: “Help me do it myself.”
