The Municipality of Senden in the Münsterland region has acquired a 9,000 m² site in the Senden-Süd industrial estate. The well-laid-out property has excellent connections to the B 235 and A 43 and contains a 2,300 m² office and warehouse complex built in 1971. The 430 m² office wing is to be refurbished for residential use, while various future uses are being considered for the 1,870 m² warehouse. The site also offers flexible options for future densification.
