Arnsberg-Neheim, Hauptstraße 50.

Nanu-Nana is expanding its retail space and relocating within the Arnsberg-Neheim pedestrian zone. Brockhoff, together with Philipp Fischer Immobilien GmbH, arranged the retailer’s new 300 m² premises in the new development at Hauptstraße 50. Brockhoff had also brokered the lease of its previous shop at Hauptstraße 7, which it had occupied for many years.

The new premises are in a prime 1A city-centre location, directly opposite jeweller Christ. Just last year, the jeweller and watchmaker moved into the shop at Hauptstraße 27, also with Brockhoff’s help.

“We have been involved in the development of Arnsberg-Neheim city centre for decades. We are pleased to have once again supported positive change by arranging the shop for Nanu-Nana,” says Bert Pfeffer, a real estate advisor at Brockhoff for 38 years.
