Brockhoff successfully brokered the sale of a Netto supermarket in Gladbeck. The property is in the Alt-Rentfort district, on a 2,300 m² site in a densely populated residential area directly on Kirchhellener Straße (L 615). This road connects Gladbeck city centre with the A31 motorway, giving the store strong footfall and sales.

The Netto supermarket offers 880 m² of total lettable space. The buyer is a private individual from North Rhine-Westphalia. The purchase price was not disclosed.
