Bochum, Herner Str. 370.

In May 2019, the North Rhine-Westphalia road authority will take an additional location with approximately 540 m² of lettable space at Herner Str. 370 in Bochum. The search focused on excellent access to the A43, as the new premises will mainly be used for project and administrative work on the A43 expansion. Brockhoff OFFICE quickly arranged new office space in a location with excellent transport links.

The “New A43” is a major project overseen by the Ruhr regional branch of Straßen.NRW. Over the coming years, a total of 28 kilometres of the A43 between Marl and Witten will be widened to 6 lanes. The work also includes the interchanges with the A2, A40, A42 and A44.
