Business Metropole Ruhr (BMR) will be based at a new location in Essen from spring 2023.

Brockhoff OFFICE brokered the lease of 800 m² of office space at Kronprinzenstraße 30. The modern office building is owned by RWTÜV Grundstücksverwaltungs-GmbH, which is also based there.

BMR’s team has grown and taken on a broader range of responsibilities, pushing its current premises in RUHR Tower to their capacity limits.

Brockhoff OFFICE found a new location that remains within walking distance of the central station and offers suitable space for BMR to meet its specific needs on a single floor.

In 2019, the economic development team moved into the 17th floor of the well-known RUHR Tower office high-rise, formerly Rheinstahl-Hochhaus, in Essen.

At the time, Brockhoff OFFICE was also involved as the property’s appointed lead broker.
