Brockhoff OFFICE has secured a new office tenant for the modern complex at Schlossstraße 11-15 in Mülheim/Ruhr. 16 Pixel GmbH will lease approximately 705 m² of office space on the 2nd upper floor from 1 April 2019. The prime 1A ground-floor retail unit is occupied by the well-known restaurant chain Alex.
