Herne, Shamrockring 1.

From November 2021, Brockhoff OFFICE secured a new tenant for approximately 922 m² of office space at Shamrockpark in Herne. FAKT AG Group acquired the Shamrockpark office complex, with more than 49,000 m² in total, in 2 tranches in the 1st half of 2018. Built on the former headquarters of RAG Aktiengesellschaft, the park has since been successfully revitalized.

During the refurbishment of existing space, premises can be tailored to new tenants’ needs. State-of-the-art communications technology and IT infrastructure meeting current standards enable efficient working. Connections to the motorway network, public transport and Düsseldorf Airport are excellent.

A special feature of the project is its dense development. Alongside new housing, 2 high-rise buildings will be built on the approximately 100,000 m² site.

The 17-level Vision Tower will attract international companies as tenants and feature a sky bar on its roof. The Future Tower is the counterpart to the World-Center and is intended to accommodate start-ups, innovative research and education units, and sports and health facilities.
