Brockhoff OFFICE has secured replacement tenants for the former premises of the Gelsenkirchen-Buer Medical Care Centre (MVZ).

Construction company August Mainka has leased approximately 1,000 m² in the historic building in Gelsenkirchen-Buer since the beginning of the year. The space, formerly used as a dialysis clinic, is being renovated and completely replanned to meet the requirements of modern office use.

A further approximately 234 m² on the 2nd upper floor is also being upgraded for office use. Brockhoff OFFICE arranged its lease to Kinder-, Jugend-und Familienzentrum Netzwerk GmbH.

Anchor tenant Come back rehabilitation centre is expanding and has leased the last available area in the property, approximately 200 m². Brockhoff OFFICE can therefore report full occupancy.

“The successful leases show that existing properties can be re-let very well when owners are open to different uses and willing to invest. Flexible leasing concepts can appeal to a much wider range of prospective tenants,” comments Cedric Vennemann of brokerage Brockhoff & Partner, appointed as lead broker for the property.
