In December 2021, Brockhoff INVEST brokered the sale of a nursing home and an adjacent senior living complex.

The nursing home was built in two phases, in 1955 and 1996, on a plot of 2,869 m² and has operated as a senior care center since 1982. The approximately 4,565 m² property contains a total of 89 nursing beds. The two buildings are connected by an intermediate wing with communal and lounge areas. The property also includes a publicly accessible cafeteria, a rooftop terrace, two passenger lifts, and an underground car park.

A senior living complex was built on the neighboring 3,550 m² plot in 2005. It offers 41 age-friendly residential units with a total usable area of 2,869 m². There is also a large communal room and parking spaces.
