Oberhausen, Marktstraße 180.

The former AOK administrative building at Marktstraße 180 in central Oberhausen has a new owner. The seller is BOWAG Immobilien GmbH, part of the Bollmann Group. Essen-based property agent Brockhoff advised on the discreet sale of the 2,100 m² office building, constructed in 1963, to a regional long-term owner. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The property is leased long term to intego – Oberhausen non-profit integration organisation, which has established a central point of contact for psychosocial support there. The city-centre location is ideal for this purpose and offers excellent access on foot and by public transport.
