(Wuppertal) Local private investor Walter Hartmann acquired the office and commercial building at Morianstraße 32 in Wuppertal from Deutsche Immobilien Chancen. Hartmann plans to comprehensively revitalise the 6-storey property, including its own underground car park, and hold it long term.

The property stands out for its central location and proximity to Wuppertal Central Station. Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH’s investment team, based in Essen, acted as broker.
