The cross-shaped office building with development potential in Bochum-Wattenscheid was sold to an investor from Bochum, brokered by Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH. The buyer has already signed a lease with the future occupier.

The high-quality office complex offers approx. 2,825 m² of office space and approx. 3,670 m² of warehouse, open-air and ancillary space. The seller is a Dutch investor. The purchase price was not disclosed.
