The commercial building at Domstr. 2 in Minden, built in 1983, has changed owners.

The property has a total lettable area of approximately 3,000 m². Its main tenants are Deutsche Bank, with nearly 1,000 m², and the City of Minden, with approximately 1,730 m² of office space. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The buyer is Arnsberg-based property company ANH Hausbesitz GmbH & Co. KG, which specializes in food-anchored properties and office and commercial buildings in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Berlin and Brandenburg.

Its focus includes both in-house project development and the acquisition of existing properties.
