On behalf of a private owner, Brockhoff INVEST sold an office and warehouse complex in Essen to Allbau. The 1,718 m² property includes 1,100 m² of warehouse space and 618 m² of office space with staff and ancillary rooms.

The property has a modern, representative appearance, with parking and landscaped lawns in front. It comprises a two-storey office building connected to a warehouse and production hall. The complex was built in 1980 on a 4,304 m² site and was extensively modernised and renovated in the 1990s. The office building received a mirrored glass façade and a spacious reception and office area. The hall roof was fully refurbished and insulated in 2010.
