Through a lease arranged by Brockhoff OFFICE, Oschatz Energy and Environment GmbH will move into new offices in Essen’s MAGNA Tower in summer 2018.

Oschatz is now a leading plant engineering specialist in combustion technologies, energy recovery and waste treatment. It is part of Christof Industries, a global partner for the development, construction and servicing of industrial plants.

The MAGNA Tower is located right in central Essen and has undergone extensive revitalization. The complex, comprising the tower and 2 adjacent buildings, now offers a modern, comprehensive package and a carefully planned tenant mix. Companies ranging from a fitness studio and wellness operator to well-known corporations have already been attracted to the property. For Oschatz, the flexible design of modern office environments and the outstanding location were also decisive factors in taking the lease.

The tower currently still offers approximately 2,100 m² of vacant office space. In addition, the upper retail level, with approximately 777 m², is available to office users, a food-service business or other concepts.
