BROCKHOFF OFFICE has leased 419 m² of office space to one of Germany’s leading elevator companies.

OSMA Elevators has 18 locations across Germany. Its branch on Langenbrahmstraße in Essen-Rüttenscheid was one of the company’s oldest, but the premises could no longer accommodate its expansion plans.

Brockhoff & Partner found OSMA attractive premises in Mülheim that fully meet the company’s needs. The modern building on Alexanderstraße was a key factor for the new tenant.

OSMA Elevators will move into the premises on 01 November 2020. The property is well connected and directly beside the A40 motorway. It is privately owned.
